Modder HamX23 continues their quest to open temporal rifts between GTA games by bringing 57 vehicles from both 'Stories' into the classic San Andreas. GTA: Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories were two amazing prequel games that provided backstory and world-building to GTA III and Vice City. Currently, the tools work fine, but you can't make modifications to Liberty City and other gaming elements.
OpenIV is a legitimate platform to mod and publish GTA mods, but it was banned in 2017 because it enabled the harassment of players and interfered with GTA's online experience.
