Is there a general list of synths, presets and free plugins (I want to avoid buying a bunch of plugins at the moment) that are best for nailing the synthwave sound? I know about the 707, 808, 909 drums and use those sometimes along with vintage drum elements, along with Fruity reverb 2 with a wide effect. There are tons of presets for most of the synths, so it takes me ages burning through each and every one, so I was hoping for some direction from the synthwave experts on here. Which FL synths and which presets for these FL synths are usually used to make synthwave music? I have watched various tutorials and I have installed a couple dozen different vst plugins that are said to be great for making synthwave music, but I'm curious about the default FL Studio sounds? Ok, so I have been using FL Studio for a little while but I have recently become a big fan and follower of synthwave music.
